Chocolate is a favourite and studies have shown that chocolate is an aphrodisiac. When sitting watching TV most people always have a slab of chocolate besides them to nibble on now I am going to give you a few tips on how to make homemade chocolate.

The first thing you need to do is purchase all the items you will need for making homemade chocolates and can be found at any craft shop. You will need to take your time when choosing moulds as there are hundreds of different designs available as well as festive moulds.

Now you need to buy the chocolate which is sold in fairly large slabs and you need to choose the flavours you like either dark, white or milk chocolate. Once that is done you can then purchase many different little packets with fillings in like nuts and orange peel etc.

Now that you have bought all the items that you will need for making your homemade chocolates be can begin the process. You can choose to do this alone or you can have a whole lot of fun and let the family join in or have a girls evening where you can all get creative and make chocolates.

There are three different ways in which you can melt the chocolate down either by putting it in the microwave or into the oven or else the best way is using a double boiler. When he chocolate has melted you then need to pour this into the moulds and should you be adding fillings then only fill each mould up half way add the filling and then fill the mould to the top with chocolate again.

Now you have almost completed all the steps all you have to do now is make sure you have no air in the chocolate and should there be air just tap the moulds on a hard surface and the final step is to allow the chocolates to set in the fridge. Once you see the chocolate has pulled away from the mould it is set and you can then remove them from the moulds and they are ready to eat. You can also make gift boxes or even sell them. Making homemade chocolates are easy.
